Jump stops

I’ve always been a strong advocate of teaching the jump stop since it was taught to me my sophomore year of high school. Being a quick and small guard, it really help me play more under control in the paint and give a good strong effort to the rim. While it is important to learn different finishes, both 1 foot and 2 foot, it is very important for players to learn the jump stop to give them a variety of options. Here are some clips from the 2014-2015 season of our guys at Baruch and their different variations of the jump stop.
